The Center will be hosting a 1.5-hour training: Responding to Escalated Behaviors from CSEY

Please join our panelists as we discuss the rates and prevalence of various types of escalated behaviors seen from youth who have experienced commercial sexual exploitation, practical methods of responding to promote felt-safety and de-escalation in the moment, perspectives on types of organizational responses to trauma-based behaviors, and how to reduce experiences of escalated behaviors within the populations your organization serves. Our amazing panelists have diverse backgrounds in working directly with youth, and their valuable insights will help you to better respond to the needs of individuals in your programs.

Date: Monday, September 16th

Time: 1:00PM-2:30PM

Cost: FREE for Texas residents, thanks to generous funding through the Office of the Governor's Child Sex Trafficking Team.

Panelists: Kellee Walkers, Arrow Child and Family Services + Erin Argue, Texas Alliance of Child and Family Services
